Tried various times but cannot order the items cant order thrm hsve problems . I need help. Thanks.

I've been trying to place my preorder and have been unsuccessful. I want to order the super deluxe for $19.98. Please take a look at the order site, and make it user friendly. Can't manipulate the screen to place the order and enter all the necessary information.

Try using Google Chrome...I was able to order it using that browser when I couldn't get it to work with either Firefox or IE.
