Thanks anna....what a great organization to help. I am going to email the CMA with an idea to ask everyone attending the CMA Fest to bring 1 perishable food item with them to the nightly concert. Can you imagine how much that would help out those in need?
I am also in the process of contacting my sons school to see if I can organize a bake sale to raise funds for the flood victims. I don't mind doing all the baking if they agree to the sale. I am hoping to get to Nashville a day or so early so that we can volunteer in some capacity. |
