CMA Music Fest tix onsale 8/23 Options

The dates for the 2011 CMA Music Festival are Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12, 2011. Four-day ticket packages will go on sale Monday, Aug. 23 at 10:00 AM/CDT. Fans can purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster at Ticketmaster.com or 1-(800)-745-3000. They can also purchase them through CMAfest.com or 1-(800)-CMA-FEST. Ticket prices are based on the level of seating at LP Field for the Nightly Concerts, and range from $115 to $325 plus handling fees. Since the 2010 CMA Music Festival sold out in advance, fans should order their tickets for next year now in order to reserve their place at what USA Today named "the crown jewel of Country Music festivals."

Thanks alison....we usually sit on the fence when it comes to fan fair because we never know for sure this far in advance if we can attend or not. I know the festival is getting more and more popular every year as the attendance keeps growing and growing. It is hard to co-ordinate the tickets, a decent hotel and flights but when it all works out it is a blast

I'm in about the same predicament as you right now. I want to go to Fan Fair, but because of my job I can't plan this far in advance. We never know until about 30 days before as to whether we're approved for the time off. Heck when I went to Hawaii I had to get a manager override for the Monday we were flying back because they only approved me for 1 week but our flight wasn't even getting in until Monday morning! So it's really impossible to plan this far in advance whether I can go or not. I'm also hoping to be able to change jobs sometime next year. I'm taking Medical Coding and as soon as I finish the course and get certified, I'm going to be looking for a job in that...I want to get out of where I am now, their benefits basically STINK! We got a little info on the health insurance they offer, and know how much they pay per day for hospitalization? $1000 a day...when was the last time you knew anybody who stayed in the hospital for $1000 a day?!!!
