Tried various times but cannot order the items cant order thrm hsve problems . I need help. Thanks.

I've been trying to place my preorder and have been unsuccessful. I want to order the super deluxe for $19.98. Please take a look at the order site, and make it user friendly. Can't manipulate the screen to place the order and enter all the necessary information.
