I just saw John Waite (Babys, Bad English) at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills,Ca. and he did a really cool version of "Whenever You Come Around". He said how proud and happy he was to play the Grand Ole Opry and this is the song he chose to do. He is a really talented artist who recorded the Vince/Pete Wasner song on his CD "Figure in a Landscape". This CD also features the Waite/Pete Wasner song "Masterpiece of Lonliness" which is a brilliantly haunting hidden treasure.
