Since we did the songs you're tired of hearing on the radio, I figured that now we should list some of our favorite new songs on the radio, other than Vince, of course. A few of my favorites that are on the radio right now are:

My father told me today that they've had a lot of people coming into Walmart asking for the album with Alyssa Lies on it...it comes out on Tuesday.

Why does Trent Tomlinson always wear a turban and you never see his head-hair??

Freida,I think it's just a certain look for him.I have tried to find out more info on him. I did find out he is from Missouri and his father is 6'8" and played basketball but had an injury and had to give it up. Trent tried it too but decided he liked music much better. I like him. I don't know,maybe he has no hair. I think he is very good looking . You know how Willie grew his hair to appeal to a younger crowd because Nashville wouldn't give him the time a day . Some artist just adopt a certain lok. Like Gretchen Wilson, and A.J. with the holes in his jeans.

I don't think I"ve seen Keith Andersons head either....He always wears a bandana under his hat.....Someone earlier mentioned Emerson Drive...I saw them in concert once & they put on a really great show...I think they've been overlooked by the industry or they haven't been promoted correctly...They were really good....

Another one I really like is Tim McGraw's new one...and I'm not a big Tim McGraw fan.

Yes, that's the one I'm referring to, Anna. It's seems like a very different sound for Tim, and I do like it.

I like it too. But unless I'm in the car and listening to XM radio I don't hear much radio - when I'm busy at home (all the time) I don't really "hear" what's on radio and XM doesn't always come on and tell you who the artist is. I still like that little Kelly Pickler - I happened to watch American Idol when she was on just before they sent her packing and I hoped she would find a career.

Anna are they playing "Missing You" on the radio in your area? I only see the video once in awhile...I remember growing up and that being a popular John Waite song...I like it a lot. I hope it gets more radio airplay.

Josh Turner (love his voice and can sing anything he wants to in my opinion).

Alan Jackson's new song, I've only heard it a few times but recently found out that Alison Kraus produced this CD. It's an awesome song. There's another guy that gets better with time.

Yes my radio has played Missing You, I've only heard it once though. I love Alan's new song as well. I think Allison did a great job with Alan's album. I've always liked his voice but not been a fan of the type of songs he sings in general. Some are great but I have never wanted to buy one of his albums till now. anna
