I called my mom to see how she was feeling since she was coming down with a cold earlier this week and found out my stepfather's in the hospital! She said she ran him over to the clinic on Thursday because he had a fever and was complaining of a headache and they sent him home...then on Friday morning she went to wake him up and he wouldn't wake up so she called the ambulance and they ran him to the hospital. Blood and urine tests have come back normal so they ran a CAT scan, which they're still waiting for the results. He started taking vitamin B-12 shots this week after his dr. in Houston noticed a steady decline in his white cell count...the dr. discovered a B-12 deficiancy so he started him on the shots and now he's in the hospital.
