Sorry I took so long to post here, but it has been an extremely busy summer.

Many firsts for us and me. I grew Atlantic Giant Pumpkins this Summer and had 3 200 plus pounder pumpkins to care for in my patch. My heaviest we took to a weigh off in Oswego, NY this September weighed in at 256 pounds. Not the 300 pounds we thought, but all in all a successful first timer. I was pleased until I got to the weigh off and saw all the 599 plus pounder pumpkins as my competition. Still proud to be there with 2 giants.

Second, I've been hiking outdoors alot with a newfound family member. My husband has a cousin that is local to us and not 3 1/2 hours away which has been wonderful for us and hubby. We've been on the go all Summer. Been hiking thru the woods Orienteering and Geocashing. What fun!

Third and not least, we were taking care of a 16 year old sweet heart doggie named Princess. It was my mother in law's dog and initially her husbands dog who passed away in 93. So it was a difficult month of June for us. She was such a good pet, and we loved her dearly and miss her. We've burried her out in our property and MIL has a grave marker ready for her that she ordered. So will have to hike up to the lot line and place it in the ground next to her site before the ground freezes.

Aside from that, all is well and just have been extremely busy having Summer pool parties and cook outs and guest from out of twon. It's been a busy summer and I've missed you guys.

Hi D-lady.Welcome back.You have been a busy girl this Summer. The message board was down since about the 8th. We are so happy it's up and running again. Lots of great news on Vince .That AT&T place is really nice too. A lot of us have his new box set These Days and we all love it . Not a bad thing on it .

Every time I hear Vince on the radio, I keep thinking I need to log back into the website, then when I did last week, it was down again. So waited until now to make sure things were working again. It's great to be back and things look wonderful with all the updates, and I love the emails.

I listen to WBEE during the day most times, and especially when boss is on the road. So chances are if your listening to Vince during the day, I am too.
