Linda called me from an Elton John concert. I couldn't understand one word of Rocket Man She and her hubby were at the AARP Convention in Anaheim,Ca. They saw lots of speakers, Raquel Welsh,Sly Stone, Maya Angelou and more ,whose names escape me , including the concert. Got some great pictures. They went to The Chrystal Cathedral and those pics are awesome. The outside is more beautiful than the inside. It's a beautiful place. She brought me a really pretty Christmas ornament from the church . I'm sure some here on the board have been there but she was so thrilled to go. I love it when my kids get to do things they want to do.

I always say ,I just can not stand it when children do things before their parents get to but just kidding. I get as excited or more so for them than myself. It's a Mother's love,don't ya think ?

How cool Anna! It sounds like Linda had a great time. To bad you couldn't understand Rocket Man, but at least she was thinking of you. I said in another post I got a call from the Chicago show, but really it was the Michigan show, sometimes I'm so confused but at least I could understand and hear Vince!
