We got some snow here yesterday (boxing day) I woke up and oh my I couldn't believe it 'cause it's been warm lately, but the last couple of days were a little chilly. The snow didn't stay very long - only half the day! Had a great Christmas! Hope everyone had a good christmas. Gotta get ready for new years now. LOL!

We've had snow several times but not on Christmas Day. But our weather has been horrible this year - in November we broke all records as far back as they keep records for rain - over 15 inches. Then many people had floods and mud slides then it froze and it began to snow and we were snowed in for 4 days. Then we got hurricane force winds and it blew down many power poles and trees and blew out substations and some folks were without power for over 2 weeks. Now today we have had rain and snow. More folks lost power due to falling trees in latest wind storm. Thankfully, through all this we only lost power one night for about 5 hours. Our subdivision has all underground wiring which was a help. (Seattle area) One of our neighbors did have trees on his roof!
