Well it has been quite the day with quite the ticketmaster run around for me. I got to ticketmaster esrly was able to get third row seats. They charged me (over $400 ) and then something happened and the computer aborted my order. So then the girl had to look for seats again and now I am in the 7th row (not thrilled let me tell ya). SO then I leave the mall get almost home and thought I would check my bank account to make sure they didn't charge me twice...well they DID!! So I go back to the store and they tell me it could take up to 3 days for a refund...arrgghh I got home called the ticketmaster customer service line and they were totally not helpful and told me to keep checking my bank until the money goes back in. Well helllooo it is $414 not $14. I asked to speak to a manager and they tell me all the managers are in a meeting. I am so angry right now because the customer service has been terrible. The people at the record store where I bought the tickets were great and want me to keep them posted on what ticketmaster is doing about all of this. I have a feeling they won't do anything about the seats....but at least refund the extra money they charged me.
So ...it looks like we are in the 7th row to the right of the stage. Where are everyone else's seats?

I was hoping to be able to come to both shows but I am only going to be able to come to the Friday night show. My seat is in the 5th row to the right of the stage.

I was online at 12noon sharp and for Thursday night I was able to get section F3 row 1 seats 5,6,7,8. I have NEVER had front row tickets for any concert Friday night we are in the 7th row to the right of the stage.

Gee, Leah...that is just awful...I hate being double charged for something. I have to say I check my credit card balance about once daily...you never know when something might get charged on there that isn't supposed to be. At least you got within the first 10 rows, Leah...that's where I like to be...keep watching ticketmaster..sometimes credit cards get declined and you can buy better seats and sell the ones you bought today to someone that wasn't able to get as good as 7th row...and everyone is happy...hope it works out for you, Leah...and glad to see that the rest of you are purchasing your Rama tickets..hope you all have a great time!!! And we'll need details after the concerts!!!

I ordered my tickets online at noon....My first search turned up row 13..ewww...lol...I didn't take that one and after 2 searches I finally came up with.... F5 ROW 2 seats 1&2....For the Friday night show...It was the best I can do...



My husband and I decided only one night to attend...Since we have great seats for 2 shows in Vegas in December, We decided to only do one here...


Sorry to hear that leah, Didn't you just want to smack her. .... ....You'd think since its so easy to do a refund, they would do it right there and then....Unbelievable...

Well at least I have now spoken to a manager and she is going to see what she can do for me. The seats were the biggest thing (since we will be with laura on thursday night) it is the $414 double charge that I want refunded to my bank account. This weekend is the boys birthday and I want that money for it. They are telling me that I may have to go downtown toronto to pick up a check because they can't automatically refund the money to my account. This has not been the most successful day. I hope they get this all fixed tomorrow.

I sure do hope that you are able to get your money refunded ASAP...that is ALOT of money. I will keep my fingers crossed that all is taken care of tomorrow.

Those are good seats Charlene. I had the same thing happen to me when I did my first search I came up with the center section but around 13 rows back did another search and came up with F3 front row. Go figure I certainly understand just coming one night to Casino Rama especially with going to Las Vegas, that sounds like fun.

Hope everyone has a great time at Casino Rama. Charlene, what a great time, Casino Rama, and Vegas for Christmas. Glad you got great seats, and hope you have a wonderful time. You better start saving your pennies, Vegas and Vince. It could be a costly trip. I'm sure it will be worth it. Leah, hope you get your refund straightened out.

Our seats for Friday are to the right of the stage row 4 seats 11 and 12.

Yeah, It will be costly, 2nights at Casino Rama...Oh and lets not forget the gambeling!!!!! ... Then Vegas in December.....lol.....
