I 've enjoyed watching Reba on her show whenever it is on a channel I can get...and I do recall the time her and Vince on Evening Shade show - (by the way someone from here said they might have it on tape , and I'd be willing to send them a blank VHS tape to copy it.)

Anyways, back to the topic....
I think Vince would be good in a comedy tv series, and would love to see him appear on Reba's show.

So, anyone else would think/love to see Vince tackle a comedy series , of course he could sing in it, as a part of his character, like Reba does?!

It might be nice to see Vince do any kind of show but as much as he doesn't like to do videos I seriously doubt he would ever do any other kind of shows other than what he does now. Maybe show up as a guest like he and Reba did a few years back on Evening Shade.

Now that you mention it, I'm kind of surprised Reba hasn't talked Vince into making a cameo on her show. She got him to dress as a marine, didn't she. I think he'd do anything for her if she asked. I'd really like to see Vince in a sitcom. He has a great sense of humor.

LOL I remember Vince talking about this in some interview and he said"actors should act and singers should sing"I love Reba but I love her as a singer .I am glad her show is doing well.Not all singers want to be actors so I say let all folks be whatever makes them happy.I think Vince has shared his wonderful gift with us for so long.I think Vince is happy in his own skin and I am so happy for him! hugs mamabear

I love Reba's show and would love to see Vince show up as a guest star on the show, like Dolly did...it would be fun if Vince played himself on the show...maybe something like Barbara Jean 'dragging' Reba to Vince's concert because Vince & BJ are old friends...he finds out BJ is there, invites her up onstage to sing, but BJ gets Reba up there onstage to [reluctantly] sing with Vince. (I thought about having Vince & Reba being old friends on the show, but after thinking about it, the storyline would just work better if BJ was Vince's old friend, not Reba....mainly because Reba wouldn't drag BJ anywhere...that's more BJ's style...talking Reba into going places with her).

I like your idea Valerie. Like mamabear, I heard an interview with Reba where she was talking about the "Heart Won't Lie" video. She said she promised Vince that if he would do the video, she would never ask him to do anything like that again. So I guess we'll have to endulge ourselves with his concerts, Opry, videos and all the other stuff he does.

I love that story line about BJ dragging Reba to a Vince concert.

I also heard Vince talk about that Heart Won't Lie video and he said he would do about anything Reba ask him to do but he hoped he'd never have to do that Marine bit again .
