Thanks for posting this, Reggie. I knew I wasn't going insane when I saw Vince's name pop up on the description of a Rachael Ray show a few weeks ago...even tho no one around here seemed to know if/when he had taped a segment with her.

No problem. I read or heard somewhere that Vince said he played acoustic guitar by himself on the show. It sounded as if it was taped a little while ago. Vinny also said she was a very engaging hostess. Also the link has a cool little short video clip of the 18 time grammy winner!!!!

Becky, I don't think any of Rachael's shows are live so maybe the show with Vince was taped when his name popped up for you.

They showed a clip of Vince on Friday's show today, and he was singing "The Reason Why." He is alone.........sitting on a stool, playing acoustically. Rachael is great with interviews so "Oh, my gravy"....this should be really good. (I'm not nuts yet.........that's one of Rachael's favorite expressions.)

Oh yeah..we love Rachael Ray around here too!!! I haven't watched this new show of her's but a couple of times, but we watch her FoodNetwork shows all the time. She's definitely a nut...the interview should be great!!!

I know she is based in New York, so there's any number of times that Vince could have filmed this clip in the last few months. Someone must have made a 'boo-boo' when they put Vince's name on the description of that show a few weeks ago. It was changed a few days prior to the show, but I figured if Vince's name popped up on there, that he had either already filmed a clip, or was supposed to.

Well..what can I say....Vince was just great on Rachel's show and it was so nice to see how much Rachel enjoyed having him there. I was surprised that she didn't listen to his boxed set before the show but she did say she was going to listen to it that night. Vince was his usual witty self (maybe a little quieter but I am sure he was feeling out of his element). He really showed his true self and it was wonderful. I love what a gentleman he is and how Rachel was swooning over him. She was right when she said Amy was one lucky lady....I think both Vince and Amy are very lucky and it is nice to see such happiness there.

Ok....now I really need to run off to work!!!

My friend called to tell me Vince was going to be on and I tuned in just before his segment. It was really great and quite some hamburg that Vince and Racheal grilled. They showed pictures of Vince,Amy and family and also of Amy and Vince's wedding.
It was a nice segment and made my day. I enjoyed.

The Show was really great Yep!!! that was quite a hamburger they made. it was great to see Vince and hear him sing,he said he fed the dog onions and peppers. LOL

Vince did seem a little quieter (if that's saying much) but he did great considering. I was sorry he didn't give a shout out to Bekka tho when she asked who were the guest performers he sang with on the new cd.
Personally, I'm not surprised she didn't listen to it before. She probably was waiting to get her free copy from the record company. Sorry, I'm just not big on RR... she seems like a fantastic cook but about as phoney as all get out. I'm just saying....

I miss the show and even forget to tape it .RATS.By any chance does the show Rachel Ray repeats its shows, if they dont well must get the dvd thru the show itself its cost about $19.99 a copy.
