Hi VG fans I just came home from seeing Vince Gill tonight.Vince did a awesome show tonight.I had a awesome time from seeing Vince at the meet greet & greet .I got to meet some of the vince gill fans from the vg message board to.it was a awesome seeing Linda from Kerri Ohio. Vince did a 4 hour concerts hear.you may see some pics of Vince from k100 toledo that's our radio station stations. Vince did alot of his new songs and lots of his old songs.Vince did do it's hard to kiss the lips songs. hear's some of the songs that vince did what the cows girls do I still believe in you the reasons why what you gave away oh man lots of songs he sing.Vince did lots of alot of weight.he is looking good . oh my!!!!!!!!! he did a encore of his show there 's alot of people did not want to see vince leave lol!!!!!!!! it was awesome to meet vince thank you JohAnna . I had a awesome time seeing Vince!!!!!! He ask me How are ya ,then he call me sweetie .I ask how Amy was he said Amy was doing good ect!!!!!!! He talk alot of about Amy ect.he did the song these days.I just love that song.I"am on cloud 9 tonight.It was a awesome show.He got everyone letters to.he told thanks ect!!!!! it was a awesome concerts. I know I won't get much sleep tonight either.you take care carrie ann

Hey Carrie Ann!!! Thanks for the review. Sounds like you had a wonderful time last night!!! Sounds like Vince is adding a few different songs in here and there from what he was doing last year in the tour (These Days, Hard To Kiss The Lips). I was hoping he would mix it up a bit, but with Vince, you never really know what you'll get...but it's always great!!! Glad you got to talk with Vince last night...did you get a new picture with him??? Sure hope so!!!

Allow me to scond Carrie's comments, the show last night was GREAT. My wife and I weren't particularly big VG fans prior to These Days, but we were both blown away.

I don't know how Vince can do those shows night after night; he looked physically exhausted by the end.

I was also at the Toledo, Ohio show...I was the first on in line to buy tickets and let friends talk me out of first row seats. I won't do that again. I had 4th row and they were great. I've heard vince a couple of times before. But this concert last night blew me away. it was awesome. totally awesome. I've heard the Kiss the lips song before but it sound like most of the audience hadn't. I absolutely cracked up laughing knowing the words. Truely Vince is gifted from God with musical abilities.
Can't wait till the next concert.

Yes, in fact it was our enjoyment of the boxed set (plus seeing Vince perform briefly at the Americana Music Association conference last fall) that led us to buy tickets for the show. We've split it up; she gets the first two CDs and I keep the third and fourth.

Oh that's good that you're both enjoying the boxed set, Homer, and it's good to see new people posting here about their concert experiences.

Welcome Homer, So glad you and your wife are now converts. Vince has that effect on people. My son-in-law is not a country fan at all but a few years ago they went to a concert in Indianapolis,Indiana and he was totally blown away with Vince's guitar playing. He told my daughter that he had no idea that Vince was that talented. So there ya go. Just keep on telling people how really great he is and he'll do more of those extraordinary concerts. Happy you enjoyed yourselves.

Hi Becky yes I did got my pics made with VG he made sure we took a couples of pics together he was soooo sweet about. Carrie, wasn't it wonderful? I was there as well!.....I looked around for you ( you had said you were in the 3rd or 4th row I think)....I was in the 3rd row of the Pit area & once I got in there I was kind of trapped! lol I thought I saw you but couldn't get out of my seat to say anything...Sorry I didn't get to meet you....

Again, Vince did an excellent job! but doesn't he always? lol His voice sounded great!...He looked awesome & looked very relaxed....The crowd thouroughly enjoyed him....My seat was dead center 3rd row Pit...I was in heaven..He told an Amy gospel joke...It was great lol ...I don't think I've heard him tell that one before...He cracks me up! Everytime I see Vince it's like seeing him for the first time...It never gets old!

Carrie Ann, isn't this the radio station that you have a hard time getting to play Vince's songs? Isn't it just so like those DJ's to hang with Vince and then don't play his songs. If you talked to them you should have said something to them about that.
