I had tix for Vince's concert tonight in Wabash, Indiana. All I can say is.... FOODIE POO!!! LOL It is rescheduled for April 22. I have been reading all your posts & was really excited for tonights concert. Guess I'll have to hold my excitement for another month.

When the tix first went on sale, the VG concert sold out in 1 hour and 15 minutes! Then they added a second show - which was actually 5 days earlier that the first original show. NOW the first original show is postponed for a month.... Did you follow me through all of that?? LOL I guess all good things come to those who wait.... and wait..... and wait.... sad.gif I have talked with a few people who did go to Tuesday nights concert and they said it was AWESOME!!

I knew I shoulda swapped my tix for tix on last Tuesday night's show!! Oh well.... Good news is that we didn't get the 3/4 inch of ice they were predicting. THAT would've been fun. NOT!

Take care everyone!

Paula,
I also had tickets for tonight and was pretty bummed out about it. My husband did point out to me that it's better they be safe than have a accident trying to get down here from michigan. Ok, I know we all want vince to be safe so I can accept that. It easier for me though because i was at the concert last Tues and it was AWESOME! This will just keep us in Vince mode longer...........right! Maybe i'll see you there. I'm in the 3rd row from stage, seats 5 and 6. Pray for good weather in April! wink.gif

Paula & Jackie-

I am going to the show too. I am glad they were safe than sorry, but it will be difficult to wait! I have seats in row c seats 3 & 4. I am sure we will have a great night even though it is delayed. When have you seen Vince when it hasn't been a great evening?!

You 2 gals are closer than my hubby & I. We are in row L seats 22 & 23. I was in row C when Toby Keith was here a couple of years ago & was in row G when Kenny Chesney was here. I bought my tix online at 8 AM the morning they went on sale & STILL had to settle for Row L! LOL Guess you guys were just a bit faster than I was... My husbands brother traded his tickets in from the first (original) show when Honeywells scheduled a second show almost a week earlier than the original show. We should've done the same, I guess. BUT... in the meantime we can all look forward to Vince's return to Wabash in about 7 weeks.

Wouldn't it be GREAT if we could get word to the 'powers that be', that we (the audience) would love to sing Happy Birthday to Vince when he comes back to Wabash?!! He turns 50 on April 12. I will turn 50 later this year. I tell everyone that they made all the classics in '57!! LOL

Hope to see you gals there. I know it will be an absolutely wonderful evening.
