Anyone catch this new show? All I can say is I don't know where they get their questions from, but they are way off of the grade level they are supposed to be on. The other night the 4th grade math queston had to do with the area of a triangle(not done until at least 5th grade) and tonight's 4th grade physical science question aksed what Na stood for on the periodic table- we don't do the periodic table in 4th grade and I don't know of any 4th grade that does. First grade animal science question asked what was the largest species of bears.

I've been watching, and believe me, I am feeling kind of stupid! What is so funny is that I watch 1 VS. 100, and I have only missed maybe 2 questions since the beginning of the show, and I have been saying I want to be on that show. I also get most of the questions on the Millionnaire (sp) show. I AM NOT SMARTER THAN A 5TH GRADER! I am missing too many questions on that show! What's up with that!!!

We saw it last night and I had to wonder where they were getting their questions! I don't remember learning astronomy in 1st grade (which is where they claim their 'what star is closest to earth' question came from). I have to wonder if maybe this show is actually an American version of a game show from overseas, like maybe China, where they might actually teach the Periodic Table in 4th Grade.
I enjoy Deal or No Deal Have watched 1 vs 100 a few times and loved watching Millionaire when Regis Philbin was hosting it.
