I need help. I want to find out what the name of the song was that Vince Gill sang with his daughter and wife, recently during a televised show. The song was all about giving to others and in fact had the words such as giving & etc. on the screen behind them.

Does anyone know the name of the song? Also, is there a recording of it available?

I'm pretty sure you're referring to "What You Give Away" which Vince sang with wife Amy & daughter Jenny at the CMA Awards last Nov. The song can be found on his 4 CD box set, "These Days."

Hi Sue,Welcome to the board. Run,do not walk ,to the nearest place and pick up a copy of These Days. You will be ever so happy. It's a fantastic set. Vince just out did himself on this project. He goes through every genre of music and does it so well. IMO no other entertainer could ever put out such a geat set of music. Writer,co-writer on all 43 songs and playing and singing and the band and artist he picked to be on it. Awesome. You will own the best if you buy a set of These Days.
