Has anyone heard JoDee Messina's version of "When I Call Your Name"?
I heard it on the radio today and while no one will ever be able to compare with Vince's classic rendition of the song, I have to commend JoDee for chosing to record a Vince song. Over the years there have been some artists who have recorded Vince songs, but I think this is the 1st time that one of his songs could be a radio hit again. I don't know if the song is on a regular Jo Dee cd or not, or even if it is a bona fide single release, but I heard it on the radio, and I'll take Vince's music on the radio any way I can get it.

It's on the newest Cracker Barrell cd. I've heard it a few times. JoDee does a decent job with it. As good as anyone could...besides Vince...LOL!!!

I did hear it when I was eating at a Cracker Barrell. Although, no one can do a Vince song like Vince , I think it is nice to hear other artists pay tribute by singing them.
