Vince does a fantastic job of using the right guest vocalist to harmonize with him. Do you ever rank your top five (excluding his kin) ?

4. Allison Krauss
5. Sheryl Crow

Tougher than it seems. I left off Ricky Skaggs and Del McCoury.

I think Patty and Vince sound the best together- he calls her his "blood sister".

IMO it's Patty hands down. He can sing with anyone but I think he and Patty do have an almost family harmony.

I do like the way Patty and Vince sound together - plus they are such good friends it's tuff not to put her at #1.

However, I do think Alison K (who has a voice of an angel too) is a very very close 2nd!
