It's been a long time since I visited here, but back in '97 we had an amazing thing happen. The active forum members started a drive to raise money for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The family is from Shreveport, LA. Steven Curtis Chapman's road manager sent out the prayer request to some friends I know. I have contacted everyone I can to pray and remembered the wonderful friends who were here in the late '90. It's been a long, hard time for me. Husband dying, retiring to care for sick mom. But God is good and prayer works. Sorry to unload so much, but children mean so much to me.
