I'm finally back on the board. I haven't been able to get on the internet for the past month or so (at least). On top of baby-sitting my nephew, who is 20 months old, we've been doing re-modeling of our house.
If that didn't beat it all, I was in a wreck this past weekend (3-24-07). My sister, nephew, and I were in her Kia Sportage turning off onto a side road. The road we were on has a blind hill. The side road is at the top of the hill. You can't see cars coming the opposite direction unless you are at the top of the hill. We were halfway across the road turning on the side road when a truck came up over the hill. We both swerved to avoid each other and both vehicles went up on 2 wheels. We managed to avoid the truck, but not the ditch and road sign. My lap belt caught, but my shoulder belt didn't and I put my arm on the door to brace myself and I did something to my shoulder. Thank God that my nephew and sister weren't hurt at all....my sister said her only injury was actually a "carpet burn" when her elbow brushed the carpet on the door.
I'm about ready to pull my hair out....I hate remodeling and being in wrecks.....
I'm actually still having problems with my shoulder, so I'm going to try and get an appointment with my chiropractor and see if he can help me out.
