Out of 43 songs, you want me to pick just one? Ha Ha I really like Girl, Ace Up Your Pretty Sleeve, Sweet Little Corrina, This Memory of You. Those are my faves right now. But that usually changes every few days the more i listen to it which is usually every day. I think they're all great!

I love These Days because of the reason it was written but to say I have one favorite.............that's impossible . The whole set has so many great songs I think it would depend on what day I am listening .

I love These Days and for me to say i have a favorite, can't, because they are all so great and to know Vince wrote them.
love ya, SHIRL.
"The Sight of Me Without You" -- and there are 42 others tied for second. Very tough to choose. These Days and Almost Home are great. Cowboy Up.

Wow, it's too hard to pick just one, isn't it? Each CD is so different, yet soooo good! I take a different one from time to time & add it when I'm recording my cell phone message. It just depends on what kind of mood I'm in, you know???

I don't have a favourite cd out of the 4, never mind a favourite track !

However, when Vince showcased the boxed set at the Opry last October, the song that had the most profound effect on me was the duet with Guy Clark, "Almost Home". I just think it's such a beautiful song.

It is hard to pick a favorite, my moods kind of dictate what I want to listen to. The more I listen the more I hear things I overheard before, and a song can take on a whole new dimension at a different time. Vince is really a good artist.
That being said, there is one song that haunts me, "How Lonely Looks". Only Vince can sing that one. And the guitar solo at the end....man he makes that guitar cry. Weep. That is one lonely guitar.
Really, every one of those 43 songs are good. How did he do that? Does he wake up composing songs? And he really knows how to collaborate and bring out the best in others. We are blessed with his talent and artistry!

Linda,I too thought that song was just chilling. Guy's voice and just the message of the song gives me goose bumps each time I hear it.

I'd love to know what inspired him to write that song. It stops me in my tracks every time I hear it.

For me, it's a tie between 'Love Standing' and 'What You Don't Say'. Would love to see Vince sing those in concert someday...to me, both songs are about really close relationships. And I'm very fortunate to have that kind of love in my life...I guess my favorites are always the ones I can relate most closely to...

Dawn - that was very well said! Beside "How Lonely Looks", my other faves are "Some Things Never Get Old", and "Bet It All On You", and ... 40 others.
