There's a great picture of Vince on the cover of the May issue of Bluegrass Unlimited. Also, a full-page color picture inside and a small black and white of Bluegrass Alliance.......and a very nice, long article which was written from a phone interview during his tour in Seattle. We subscribe to the magazine so I'm not sure which stores carry it. It's definitely worth looking for though.

I have never seen the magazine either. Would love to have that issue.I found the website for this mag. Here's the link. They do not show the May issue but you can subscribe and watch the site for the May issue.Also listed in the April is a song with Vince. You can't hear it as far as I have seen but the name is ::::::: 03 DARK AS THE NIGHT, BLUE AS THE DAY

Sorry, I should have listed the website for the magazine. I just checked, and the May issue is showing now so you can view it online, as well as buy it. I checked "Buy It" and was given a phone number to call. There were also several addresses listed for emails: editor@bluegrassmusic.com; info@bluegrassmusic.com; advertising@bluegrassmusic.com.........maybe you could contact one of these to find out if this magazine is available in stores. I'm just not sure. We learned about it at a bluegrass festival we attended several years ago.

Anna, we have the Michael Cleveland CD with Vince and Dan singing the song you mentioned. The entire CD is great but the Vince/Dan duet is the best, naturally! We are huge bluegrass fans though. Our PBS radio station plays several hours of bluegrass on Saturday afternoon and often play Vince's bluegrass collaborations. That's where we heard "Dark as the Night...........".
