Vince is on page's 1 [ for Capitol Tribute] page 50 [for softball game] & page 65 [ for Then & Now]

Now after reading the magazine I found Vince name a few more times. Page 14 [ under OUCH!] page 15 [ Storme Warren article] and same page [Lunchtime] and last page 54 [ Opry Moments]. So nice to see his name so many times.

It will be better when they actually put him on the cover again. It will probably be another week before I receive this issue. I just received the previous issue a few days ago. I noticed somebody scanned the Capitol Tribute picture and posted it in the picture gallery over on Amy's website. Very nice picture. I wondered if it was in the issue I just received and when I checked it wasn't. No such luck.

Joan, It is posted on Amy site it's the photo that say's HOT SHOTS . It's the frist photo when you open the magazine.

I haven't recieved the newest issue yet , the last one i got it had the sexiest man on it. I agree with Joan it would be better to see him on the front cover for a change., but thank's for posting,

I still haven't gotten that issue yet and it upsets me to see they are in the grocery stores but those with a subscription don't have it! Guess regular subscribers are "stepchildren"!

I have to agree that it would be wonderful to have Vince on the cover. But it's nice to have so many things about him inside.I would think he will be on the cover late Sept or Oct for the new box set.

We can only hope, Cathy. He wasn't when NBT came out even though they gave it a great review. Hopefully this will be such a great project they won't be able not to put him on the cover.

I wish Keith and Nicole every happiness in their marriage.........but I have to say ..............My grand daughter will not say Nicole's name. She thinks she is a good actress but she said her parents gave her(my grand daughter) permission to marry Keith.
I told her it was kind of like when Elvis got married. I couldn't stand Priscilla........then when she divorced him I thought she was NUTZ............Then I grew up and realized what that was all about. It never took away my love of Elvis and his music. I can enjoy what they do to entertain us and seperate that from their lives and mine. They are only human beings that have choosen a business that makes most of them happy and each one has a group of fans that love what they do and the joy they bring to us. My grand daughter is almost 22 now and is finally beginning to realize that.

I’ve subscribed Country Weekly in February. Sincve then I have received my issues in irregular intervals. Since February I’ve received about 7 or 8 issues. I guess somebody steals my Country Weekly sometimes. But I really was waiting and hoping for that one with Keith and Nicole to come. And I finally got it. Great!!! When I read this issue it was so great to see Vince in it and then –look- again and again. That’s so awesome. I think that’s the best Country Weekly I’ve been sent so far. But not just because of Keith and Vince. There is another great story you should read. TODD FRITSCH : I’ve seen and heard him for the first time on the seventh day of his European tour. I can tell you he is great. He is nice, he sings great songs, he’s got a great voice and I got a signed pic with the words “Happy Birthday, Maike Todd Fritsch” on it. (my Birthday was the day after)
If you once get a chance to see him live…. go to see him!!!

BTW, also my husband noticed Vince was mentioned a few times. (My husband doesn't speak English... he just watches the pics and tries to read a few lines and tries to figure out what it means )

That's neat, Maike!!! I was thinking the same thing..that this last CW was one of the best ones we've gotten in a long time...I'll have to go back and read the article on Todd...I had not heard of him before looking at the current CW...nice to know he is such a nice guy and I'm so glad you were able to meet him!!!

I would just like to find it in the grocery store. The one I shop in used to have them but the last few times I have checked ..........................either out or never stocked.

Better find it soon, Anna...we always get our issue after it's been on the store shelves for about a week...and we got our's about a week ago...

Don't feel bad, Anna. It's almost impossible to find in San Diego too, that's why I subscribe. I just got my issue yesterday so I haven't had time to go through it yet. If they want to sell more copies they ought to do a better job of getting it on the newsstands in certain areas.

Well, I would offer to send you a copy, Anna...but one of our subscriptions just ran out so we only got 1 issue this time...for the past 6 months or so, we've been getting 2 copies...something that Bruce signed up for gave him a free subscription to CW...and I already had one in my name...so I let mine lapse...if I see a copy around here, I'll pick it up and send it to you!!!

That's nice of you Becky but not necessary. Basically I was wanting to know if there is any thing in it about the luncheon or the interview they did with him while we were there.

No such luck on that one, Anna...but am hoping that maybe they will need something to fill a space in the mag in the future and they will use the interview then...am still hopeful !!!

It wasn't planned that the CW freelance writer was there, Anna...she was across the street covering the Keith Anderson fan club party and found out that Vince was at Judge Bean's...

Still there should be something that would be worth putting in a little spot.

It could be that the interview will be used in a future story on Vince- maybe closer to when the box set comes out.

That's what I'm hoping, Mary Anne...although I can't say that I remember him talking about the cd project...he took the time to plug 'All For The Hall', tho...hopefully, they will find a spot for it in the upcoming magazine...would be nice to see it in there...
