Full Version: Atlanta show
The Nineteenth Hole > The Nineteenth Hole > The Main Room

Yes the Atlanta show was certainly WET like Becky mentioned in another post. It was good seeing Becky and Bruce again. The show lasted right at 3 hours and was similar to the These Days tour. The horn section is still with him. Amy sang about 5 songs and then did a couple with Vince later on. The Del McCoury band did quite a few songs in the middle of the show. (Not being a blue grass fan I thought they did way to many!)
They mentioned Corrina being backstage but she didn't come out.
Vince and Amy sang "House of Love" and "Whenever You Come Around" as a duet.
Amy looked gorgeous as usual wearing a bluish/green Sun dress.
One of the really different arrangements was Bekka singing with Vince on "Nothing For Broken Heart".
I still love the way Vince jams on "Sweet Thing".
I wish they would have done "What You Give Away'.

All in All a great show!

Great to see you again too, Rhonda!!! Guess that rain poncho came in handy...I know our's did. I was surprised that most of the people stayed there thru all the rain. I figured half the place would empty out when it really started to rain hard.

Amy sang 'Faint of Heart' with Vince as well. That was pretty neat to hear. Also neat to hear was Del singing with Vince on 'All Prayed Up' and 'Give Me The Highway'.

I have watched about 1 hour of the 2 hour Ryman special on HDNet. It's a great show!!! And I'm so glad that they didn't edit out the segment where Vince talks about his Dad. He was definitely on a roll those nights at the Ryman. And the HDNet show really captures what it feels like to be at a Vince concert!!!

See ya again on the road sometime, Rhonda!!!
