John and I are going to Chicago in the morning for the Crossroads Festival. It starts at noon, and we had no idea about the schedule. Thankfully, I talked with Benny a couple days ago and he pulled out his schedule for the festival and read it to me. Vince doesn't go on until 6pm. He'll be on stage about 40 minutes and during that time he will also be backing Sheryl Crow and Willie Nelson. Eric Clapton closes the show, he comes on at 9:40.

Man, am I glad Benny called. I totally changed around our schedule-now we don't plan to arrive at the stadium until around 4. I would have been cooked if we were there at noon waiting for Vince to play!
