Yesterday, when I picked up my mail, tucked in among the bills was an envelope from a coworker. I am a teacher, and she is a literacy coach. We see each other almost daily in passing during the busy school year, but don't really say much more than hello to each other. I was surprised to see her return address on the envelope and couldn't imagine what she'd mail to me in the middle of summer.

I opened the envelope, and a recipe card fell out of the notecard inside. The note simply says "Found this in my collection. Thought you might want it in yours" and is signed....the recipe happens to be for Vince Gill's Peanut Butter Fudge. How funny is that? I thought it was sweet of her to think of me when Vince came into her kitchen!!
