The other day the Chicago Tribune had an article about Vince and "These Days". The end of the article mentioned that Vince will be in an October concert in Chicago, but no other specific info. Has anybody heard anything else about this?

A few months ago, I had seen Vince listed for Chicago also. I kept watching the board for more information as my friends and I go to Chicago to visit a friend every fall and I wanted to book them tickets and go around that date but I never seen anything mentioned here. Now, our plans are to go the last week of September and your telling me he is going to be there in October!! Kind of upsets me that his own fan club site didn't have that information yet.

This date doesn't show up on Amy's tour page either.

I wonder if it's a benefit and that's why it doesn't show up on the tour pages.

I don't think it is a benefit or private. I think we just have to wait a bit for info....considering partial info was released to the Tribune. There are no Oct events listed at the UIC pavilion yet....

There was an instance when I saw Vince scheduled for a show in Phoenix after I had seen him in Mesa,Az.I was told if it doesn't show up there are reasons for it .Come to find out it was a private function.

I thought it has been on Pollstar for awhile. Thinking it had something to do with being rescheduled for a previous show that was cancelled due to bad weather (snowstorm) at UIC Pavillion. ????

I found a tiny bit more of info....on soundchronicles.com Amy Grant is listed to play at UIC Oct 5. It's not yet listed on her fan site. Nothing about Vince yet except in the Chicago Tribune and pollstar. Let's here it for Chicago and play here again! If fan input has any influence....play Chicago again!

I had a feeling it was either a private event or a benefit. Otherwise it would have be listed on the tour pages. Sorry, Dawn.
