I saw Rick on Aug 4 when he was in Northern California a few miles from my house. What a great show - he started off with his new song "Who Killed Rock n Roll", it was nice to hear it in person finally. Yes he did turn 58 on Aug 23. He was supposed to sing the new song on his birthday but it was pushed forward a day for Aug 24. What an awesome show he puts on. I have seen him 4 times in the last few years and I have had great seats so I am able to touch him when he comes out in the audience to sing HUMAN TOUCH and MY GENERATION. He is an awesome guy!

Hi Carrie Ann - I joined Rick's fan club I think I paid $30-40. Not sure if it was really worth my money but I tried to get preferred seating at 1 of his shows and he only put about 20 seats out to fan club members to purchase.....not very nice! I had to buy mine with the general public and ended up getting 11th row - which worked out great because that is about as far out as he comes into the audience! Glad to hear he is coming back on GH - I guess when he is done touring or has breaks from it. COOL!
