I searched for the previous thread about Casino Rama but couldn't find it so I decided to start a new one.
I can't believe how quickly September is approaching...can't wait for the 2 nights of Vince. In an update to the problem I had with ticketmaster (their computer froze just as my tickets were being printed and I got stuck with not so great seats then they double billed me over $400). Well ticketmaster contacted me and were really great about the problem. They looked into it and were able to get me 2nd row center seats for Friday night. I am so excited because laura was able to get front row on thursday and I got 2nd row for Friday. My husband is saying that he won't be able to come with me because the hockey tryouts are those few days (of course) but my mom, my cousin and laura will be with me on Thursday and then if Dez can't come on Friday I will either sell the extra ticket or get my other cousin to come down for the show...I am sure it won't go to waste...lol
I am so looking forward to seeing some old friends that I haven't seen in a long time and I can't wait to see Vince in concert at a great venue.

Leah, so glad ticketmaster came through and straightened things out for you...especially the seating. September will be here before you know it.

Know everyone is getting excited about the Rama concerts!!! We're looking forward to some really great reviews and hopefully some pictures from the concerts !!! If anyone gets some good pics and wants to post them, let me know!!! Am really anxious to see what new songs Vince will pick to sing at the Rama concerts...so who is going to be writing down the setlist for me???

I can't believe how fast time goes by. July is already almost over!! September will be here before we know it and two nights of Vince. It is going to be so much fun. Meeting some new Vince fans and seeing old friends again. I will try to write the set list. Not sure how many pictures we can get though, they are pretty strict about picture taking there. At least they were the last time we were there. As Leah said we have great seats both nights....front row and second row
I wonder if I could get pictures without using a flash?

Well, Laura...Bruce has been taking pics using existing light alot lately..if the spotlight on Vince is bright enough on the stage and since you have really close seats, you might want to try turning the flash off and seeing what kind of pics you can get...
I know that the casinos are like that with the picture taking..it's also frowned upon with symphony shows...since we are going to the Vegas shows, I know Bruce will be taking his camera with him, but I doubt we will be able to use it during the concerts...we'll see tho...
A setlist would be great tho..if some of you can take a piece of paper and pen and just jot down the songs that he sings...I do that at most of the concerts we go to...I have lots of 'chicken scratching' in the dark that I have to make out what I was writing later..but it's worth it...and since you will have really good seats..as soon as Vince leaves the stage and you see them start to break down the set...or take things off the stage, ask one of the crew guys for one of the set lists..they usually tape them to the floor in front of each band member..so you might get lucky and get the set list that way!!! It has worked for us before!!!
Hope you get to see Vince at Rama, Laura!!! Am dying to see a new pic of you!!! I know you've worked hard and are looking great and wanting to have a new pic made with you and Vince...so good luck with that!!!
