Though he didn't win the Award for Best Album (which I thought he was more deserving of than the rest of the nominees), at least the exposure did cause his record sales to increase by leaps and bounds on Amazon.com. Just the other week it seems it was hovering between 1500-2000 in sales ranking. However, just a few minutes ago, I noticed the sales ranking was 150. So it's good to know that people are still finding and buying his music although it's basically not receiving any kind of decent radio airplay.

That's good news."These Days" has been out for OVER a year now. Let's see if it sneaks back into the Billboard Top 75 Country Albums.

Well, after our recent airplane ride to and from Hawaii we decided to get the MP-3's or whatever they call them to hear our own music - the airplane didn't have any "country" and when I told them I wanted my money back for earphones they gave it to me - told me next time to bring my ipod which I won't have - we have Microsoft not Apple stuff. Anyway Costco hasn't delivered it to us yet but it will be good for my husband when he has hip replacement early Jan. to have.
