I'll second that, Sharon! Don't know how people can afford to even go to concerts with prices like that...but then again, we're talking LA, one of the most expensive places in the country to live, but that's *still* too much to pay for one concert ticket!

Speaking of concert tickets, did you guys hear that Miley Cyrus' fan club has a lawsuit against them because they promised fans that they'd be able to get tickets to her concerts but there were so many fans in the fan club that there weren't enough tickets to go around! Plus the fact that scalpers bought up most of the tickets to her shows and are now selling them at prices teenagers can't afford to pay, and their parents refuse to pay the price! After all, with the economy here in the US in the state that it's in, it's a wonder anyone can afford to buy a regular price concert ticket, much less the prices scalpers want for tix!

Try parking was $35 for Valet at the Palm (we walked two blocks & paid $10). But dinner at the Palm was $220 for two!!!!!

Countrycrazy My daughter is a member of Miley World and right on the fan site it tells you that you are not guaranteed tickets, but they have a pre sale and they give you a code and you have to hope you get tickets on that day. I was lucky I bought 2 tickets 4th row on the floor for $66 each. At that price I should have bought the limit 4 and sold the other 2 but who would have known. I told my daughter she was lucky, but of course I would rather be at a Vince Gill Concert any day!!!!!! gillgirl IN PA. rolleyes.gif
