Is anybody else performing in addition to Vince? I know in the past there have been more than one performer at this benefit.

Hey guys! How was the show? Hope you all had a great time!

The show was fantastic ! We went to the reception before the show to meet Vince. I queued 3 times to get stuff signed by him, he was smiling at some of the pix I had him sign.

It really was worth the trip from the UK, especially as flying back via Paris France got me a free round trip ticket to wherever I want, hopefully Vince will play a few venues this year

Sorry we took so long to get back about the concert. I loved it. Vince was there with just a piano player. I think his name was Pete. He talked with all of us, taking requests and playing around. I liked seeing him like that instaed of a planned out concert.
Linda, I wish I had turned my phone back on at the break. I did not get Joyces's message until it was too late. I was hanging around out in the halls. I did holler at you when the show was over. I saw your bunch look back. I waved, but you did not see me. That was you he kept talking about from England wasn't it?
I was dumb and hollered out how about some Oklahoma Swing. He said I didn't bring Reba! HE TALKED TO ME! I was excited! I meant to say Oklahoma Borderline. It all worked out, cause my sis said he had been on Opry or one of those show's a did OK Swing with Reba.
I missed the write up in the local paper to see how much they raised for Terra's Angels. I went to their website and nothing was there yet. I have not been there again in several days. They had pictures from past benefits there. I hope they post stuff about this years. terrasagels.org

Hi Brenda, I'm really sorry we didn't get to meet up, but the person we were staying with had kinda planned the evening, plus we had to be at the reception. Yes it was me he was talking to before he sang What The Cowgirls Do ! With all the people he comes into contact with, I'm surprised he remembers where I'm from. I heard someone yell out Oklahoma Swing, . I really enjoyed the evening, I think he liked the fact that people were yelling requests, and we got to see him sing Buttermilk John ! We got interviewed for an Illinois paper, but the article hasn't been published yet. Maybe we'll get to meet next year.

Hey Linda...thanks for mentioning your friends that got you there*L* Linda B , Joyce C and I were there too even though I know Linda S can't remember cause she was so smitten with Vince. *L* This is the second year I have seen him at the Terra Benefit thanks to (Susie Webb and Linda This one was as good as the first one.....I love him in those types of settings.....calm, cool, and collective. Not to mention.....funny, sweet, just damn good! Can't wait till the next adventure!!!! He's looking great. I gave a him a t-shirt with a kinda risque' saying on the back and he loved it! It was about golf....imagine that! LOL
