I was hoping to hear how the elementary school fund raiser went last night in Oklahoma. Well I found this really nice article in the Oklahoman today. Vince did have to throw in his funny comments last night - you gotta love that man! smile.gif It warms my heart to see him consistently helping others, there is not 1 selfish bone in his body! He is someone to admire! smile.gif

Vince is a true humanitarian. Last night he raised $100,000 dollars for the renovation of the school auditorium. During a private concert for the students and teachers the auditorium was renamed Vince Gill Auditorium. After school Vince stayed and signed autographs for the students. The memory of yesterday will live in the minds of the children for years to come. THANK YOU VINCE!!!

It was so nice to read about how Vince had helped the school. I am very proud to be a member of his fan club and of course in great company of all his fans. He truly is a man of admiration and class and of course he is the greatest. Debbie from Huntington WV

Yeah Amy was sitting in the front row with Corrina asleep on her lap.
Vince's mom Jerene and sister Gina were there also!

I think one of the articles I read said they were all there.

I think Amy and Vince both are really enjoying having Corrina - when one comes along at the tail end of your family they are really special - my last little one was 8 years younger than her oldest sis and the older kids always thought they were her parents and her dad and mom just a nuisance! laugh.gif
