Full Version: Seattle Washington
Leaving in about 30 minutes for the airport. Will be visiting friends and some family. See y'all when I get back the 28th. Have a great week and I'll be checking in on the board maybe one time. Could be fishing by this afternoon. Not my fav thing to do but hey................I will be a little cooler Pretty excited about seeing my daughter Debbie. It's been since January

Freida, Sorry to say ,this daughter is not a country fan. The one who lives in Az. loves Vince. The other daughter acknowledges his talent ,that is as far as she goes.
I told her I was going to Vegas and she ask why and I said to see Vince and she kinda grunted and I told her it was my thing and I was sure if the Beatles were still all alive and together she would be there. Of course, so would I .

Glad you're back safe, Anna, did you get any salmon?? None of my 3 kids are country fans. Vince will be here on Nov 16 and I heard from the presale people today we can get advance tickets on 9-13! I'm so glad.
I don't fish and I got out of it YEEHAW !!! My ex-sister-in-law thought she was going to make me go fishing AND sailing. Not for me. Love the ocean as long as I'm seeing it from land. She got stuck on the beach, in the car. Tell ya anything about her ?Great person, love her but ya just can not get her to hear. I told her, Irene you are going to get stuck.......................I live in the desert and I know that you would think she would know living there ........ Sure enough we got stuck and she had the nerve to tell MOI to get out and push. Guess what I told her The big guy in the SUV pushed us out.

Anna you don't have to catch the fish to enjoy salmon! I get it fresh from my market and it is very good on the old barbecue. But it is an acquired taste - my husband would rather have red meat (not good for him) so he has to eat a little fish with my daughter who lives near and me. We love it! But you can't beat a good medium rare steak on the barbecue either. Maybe you can meet up with me next visit to Seattle. That would be fun and you could bring along your family. Freida
I know Freida, I had Salmon twice while I was there. It isn't really my favorite fish but it was good. I don't know when I will ever get back up to Washington. I never know where my kids will land and that is pretty much the way I have seen a lot of this country. If I do return I'll get your info and maybe we can meet for lunch or dinner or just hang out a bit. My daughter is open to new adventures if she has time off work .

Thanks Shirl, I would send anyone some of my pictures if you would like to see them. The only problem is that some would have to be sent 1 at a time or I can put them in a zip file 3 at a time. It all depends on if your system can download them . Just send me an e-mail anyone who would like to see the kite festival and the Pacific from the top of a light house.
