Full Version: Homecoming Magazine
The Nineteenth Hole > The Nineteenth Hole > The Main Room

I just got my latest Homecoming Magazine and there's an article about a new dvd production Bill Gaither just completed. It's called Country Bluegrass Homecoming and features lots of Nashville artists. This is a quote from the article:
"Vince's commanding presence and disarming spirit could be described as one part Elvis and three parts angel as this gentle giant ushered us into the presence of the Almighty with his reassuring ballad, "Go Rest High."

To me, that's just the best description yet. Can't wait for this one to be released.

My husband listens to the Gaither singers whenever he can and he has some of their videos and cds also - I'll have to get that one for him.

I do not miss a Gaither concert when they are in the area. Saw them again in May. Their concerts are anywhere from 4 hours to 4 1/2 but sure does not seem like it. Always go to the Signature Sound concerts which is a quartet from them. Love the quote from Bill about Vince.
So happy Vince is on that Bluegrass DVD and will have to look into a purchase of that.

Me too . I lived very near the small Indiana town where The Gaither's are from and have (I am assuming it is still in Alexanderia,Indiana) their recording studio . I love to hear them sing and the people they selected to be on this cd only enhance their talent .
Yes,that boy can flat play anything !!!!! biggrin.gif
