Hi VG fans just wanna to tell you all went to the knees doctors for my knees /shoulders .I have been in sooooo-much pain in my l.shoulders /knee also I got 2 cortizones shots in my l.shoulder he took exrays of my shoulder I got fluids inflamations pains no arthrits /no broken bones in my shoulder.I do have arthritis in my knees though.it well take a couples of days for my shoulder to get back to normal.went went okay at the doctors today you take care carrie ann

I'm so sorry you are having trouble with your shoulder again. I know those shots hurt a lot. Ryan's friend played lacrosse for a long time, and he started having to have those shots in his knees. Have you had a lot of rain? Probably the rain makes it a little worse. I hope you are feeling better soon. Too bad Vince's cd isn't out yet. You could just lay down and rest, put your headphones on, and soon you would forget all about the pain. Take care.

Hi Carrie Ann - I so sorry to hear you've been feeling bad. The cortizone
shots usually start relieving pain in a couple of days if they are going to work. Hope your pain is much better.

Carrie, hope you are better soon. Couldn't you limit pain to only one part of the body at a time?! My replaced knee is fine now but it was a long rehab and recovery time. But, I managed to go to Hawaii only 8 weeks after surgery to meet a friend I hadn't seen in 25 years. Now no more restrictions on travel except for being treated like a terrorist at every airport because of the metal knee.
