Way sorry about Vince's injuries - back and knee - what did he do to get in such a mess?


On another note ---> how do I make a 'signature' and save it so that it will appear at the end of all my postings?

Vince has had "bad knees" for over 10 years- had surgery on one back in 1995. As for his back, it's very easy to "throw it out" at his age or any age for that matter.

Vince Gill: Don’t let our discs start slippin’ away

For Vince Gill, performing is a pain in the back these days.

Those who went to the Opry Saturday night saw him limping around a bit.

Then, an Ohio newspaper that reviewed his show there last night reported that Vince “remained seated during his show due to impending knee surgery.” (FYI the review was very positive.)

Vince’s publicist confirms he has had some knee problems, which in turn are causing some back problems.

The publicist also confirms that Vince — who is playing two Christmas shows at the Ryman with his wife, Amy Grant – will be having surgery to correct said knee problems. But she had no idea when that might be happening or if that would happen during or after his current tour, which runs through Thanksgiving
