We get the total package on our dish network but we never got WB. I didn't want to add any more expense to our bill, lol, so I have never watched the Reba TV show. Now it is on Lifetime, (repeats of course) but I LOVE it. Reba is such a natural. I like Barbara Jean too. I don't care that much about the younger daugher but I think she plays her part well and she probably is a sweet kid in real life.

I just love the banter between Barbara Jean and Reba. The son-in-law Van does a good job too. Glad they brought it to Lifetime.

We have been watching the Reba show since it first came on...and we've loved every minute of it...I agree, the banter between Reba and Barbara Jean is just hilarious!!! Let's hope that the new CW network will keep Reba after they air the 13 episodes that they have ordered of it..I think it's the best comedy series on tv today!!!

Bruce & I have tickets to see a 'Reba' taping out in CA next Tuesday..so that should be a fun time with lots of laughs..will let you all know how that goes when we return!!!

I love Reba, too! The girl that plays Reba's younger daughter, she wasn't on the show last season because she was in treatment for an eating disorder...I think they said anorexia. Maybe she'll be back this season when the show comes on again, but don't know. It would have been nice if last season they would have made up some kind of story as to *why* she just disappeared from the show, but even though they mentioned her a few times, they never said where she was or anything...I think she's supposed to be living with Barbara Jean and Brock...heck, if I was the writers or something, I would have had made up a storyline as to why she was never around...like maybe she won a scholarship to spend a year overseas or something like that...she was the smartest of Reba & Brock's kids, after all...they could have had a storyline where Reba would say something like "oh, I wish I was over in Paris visting Kira right now"....they didn't even acknowledge as to where she was on the season finale...she was just missing, kinda like how on Happy Days the Cunninghams started out with 3 kids, then all of a sudden the oldest just ceased to exist!

I love Reba show. Hope they keep tapeing new shows.

I don't watch it faithfully but what I have seen I have enjoyed very much. Reba is a hoot...........not a bad singer either

I had wondered what happened to the girl who played Kira..thanks for sharing that, Val. I hope she has gotten better and will return to the show. I'll let you know if she is at the taping on Tuesday night.

I like Reba also. Last season I didn't see it that much. It just seemed we were never able to watch it, but I love several of the characters. Barbara Jean and Van are both so funny. I didn't even know Kira wasn't on the show. I guessed I missed a lot last season. I would love to hear Reba mention Vince on her show some time. There was one episode where she had a line about a man she would like to see at her door, and she said Kris Kristofferson.

I love Reba's TV show too. She is also my Fav female Country singer!!

I have just started watching it too since it started on Lifetime. I really enjoy watching all the people on the show but Reba and Barbara Jean are my favorites. Not sure anyone can be quiet as dumb as Van but I like to watch him. This show is always good for a laugh in the afternoon.

There for a while the Lifetime reruns were kind of keeping in order but now they are going from the beginning of the show to 06. Yesterday Reba had longer straighter hair and Henry was about 5 or 6 and Reba "spanked" Barbara Jean for not disciplining Henry. It was really funny.

I have seen Barbara Jean (Melissa Peterson) on a couple of CMT things, adding comments about things, etc and I think she hosted one show of Greatest songs,videos or something like that.

I also read an article here lately where she had either had a child or was pregnant in real life and that she had been at a Reba concert in Vegas. I really do like her on the show. She adds so much to it. Reba does a great job but I think it's kind of like Andy and Barney they both work well of each other and the show wouldn't be the same without either of them

Thanks Deb...I promise to let you all know what this episode is all about and whether or not the actress that plays Kira is back for this season. We're really happy to be going to see this taping...Bruce has put our names in the lottery for tickets several times, but this is the first time we actually got tickets..and it coincided with Amy's Star on the Walk of Fame ceremony AND just a few days after our anniversary...so it feels like it was meant to be for us to go out to Hollywood!!!

Becky, Happy Anniversary! David and I will be celebrating on 31st on the 8th of November so we are going to the Charlotte, NC concert. It will be a bit of a drive for us and we are planning on staying all night. After all though it is our anniversary celebration and it is Vince, lol.
