Sadly I haven't been to a Christmas show. I do have Vince's Christmas cds though, and like usual, no one sings better

Sadly I had to vote "None" to the first question. Believe you me, if Vince & Amy ever bring their Christmas concert to the western side of the United States I am so there!!!

I've only been to 1 Vince/Amy Christmas show...that was back in 2004 in Ft. Lauderdale...it was the last concert we went to before we moved to Texas. That was the first time Vince/Amy had brought their Christmas show to S. FL, and they haven't been anywhere near me since, for any type of show.

I absolutely love Christmas!!! The lights, the decorations & of course, the wonderful music! I have 3 Christmas CD's by Vince & 3 Christmas CD's by Amy. I start listening to them sometime in July in my car...of course, my daughters think I'm crazy, but that type of music makes me smile & makes me happy, so what's wrong with that?
The Christmas concerts are the greatest! If you've never been to one you need to save up the money....starting now & try your best to attend one. Before my husband died, he took me to 2 of Vince & Amy's Christmas shows...it was wonderful. I was just like a kid in a candy store. I even had the wonderful chance to meet them both...what a wonderful time! Now I have great memories of my husband & I together at the shows & it brings a smile to my face.
Thank you Vince & Amy for sharing your fabulous talents with all of us

I sadly couldn't make it to any and Cincinatti was the closest in Ohio but still too far away for me and costly. Cheer up! I have there Christmas music and just listening to voices of angels make me feel warm, jolly and surrounded by heavenly spirits. But one day if the only day I will see my no. 1 fav artist, Vince Gill, in concert. I was advent listener since I was 4.

Just been to my first Amy and Vince Christmas concert in Baltimore at the Lyric Opera House last night!! WOW This was a big splurge for my husband and I, we sat in the tier level. We were blown away at how beautiful Vince's voice was. We've seen him in concert for a summer show which was great but this was so incredible and Jenny was a back up singer and hearing her and her dad sing together is lovely. He received a standing ovation for O Holy Night. And of course I've been an Amy Grant fan for 28 years so I loved her singing songs from her first Christmas album like Heirlooms and Love has Come. And they sang Tenn Christmas,Give Me Jesus,Till the Season comes around and a new song Baby It's Christmas together. If you're wondering about whether to go or not. Go, if you can afford it. Just hearing Vince sing The Christmas Song was worth the cost to me! I told my husband that in future years this makes the best Christmas present I can think of. At our age we don't need more stuff but this concert just puts the whole perspective of the true meaning of Christmas in your minds and hearts. God bless and Merry Christmas! Anna T

It seems the California ladies are the ones that haven't been able to attend one of the concerts. I would love to attend, but, the distance, and usually, the weather make it impossible. I have always told my husband that my dream is to attend one of their concerts. I look for the one closest to us but it is miles away. Maybe someday Pam can talk his crew into coming to sunny Calif. for a seasonal cheery venue. I certainly would attend.

Seems strange that they almost always take their Christmas shows to the northeast and the south/southwest/west always gets left out. The only time they took their Christmas tour south was in 2004 when they went to Ft. Lauderdale and luckily we were still living in that area at the time, although it wasn't the best of scenarios because my grandmother had broken her leg 4 months earlier and she was walking with a walker and that was a LONG walk from the entrance of the arena to where our seats were.

Since Vince/Amy don't come out West for their Christmas Show I finally went East to see them. I flew from L.A. to St. Louis on Thursday to see their show at the arena where the St. Louis Blues play. It was cold in St. Louis But I had a great view of the Arch/river from my 21st floor hotel room. We were also adjacent to the new Busch Stadium where the Cards play. The stage set up for the show was beautiful. I guess this is the first time Vince played with "just a band" instead of an orchestra. But what a band!!!!!!! John Hobbs on keys & Billy Thomas on drums/vocals from the regular Vince band. The Sapphire Horns from the VG "These Days" band & they also play with the incredible Larry Carlton. But topping it off was the legendary Dean Parks on guitar & David Hungate on bass. Parks has played on over 1,000 records & Hungate has played on hundreds & hundreds of records. Hungate is also the original bass player in Toto playing on their monster hits Hold the Line, Rosanna & Africa. The show itself was an amazing combination of Vince & Amy songs with the classic Christmas songs. And as was pointed out earlier we know how great Vinces' voice sounds but it even sounds better when the focal point is his voice. But even with the 20 degree temp.,the winds ,3:30 wake up call west coast time and the work from 2:30pm 'til 11pm last night, it was well worth it! GREAT SHOW!!!!!!!

On Vince's Breah of Heaven album, one of my favorite songs on there is O Little Town of Bethlehem because of the way he did it...the only 'music' is the choir and it really makes his voice the focal point...I even set it as my ringtone.
