Wasn't that a nice ceremony on such a lovely day in Hollywood. Nice to see all the famliy & friends who were able to attend. Amy looked lovely as usual and Vince gave a mighty fine speech. The mayor was funny too!

Actually, it was a pretty warm day out there...LOL!!! But it was all definitely worth it!!! Amy looked stunning in the video, didn't she??? The person that took that video had to be just a few feet to the right of where we were standing for the ceremony...Bruce got down there and staked out our spot..and it was a great place to be standing for the ceremony...Vince's speech was just so sweet...he really did get very emotional..and so did everyone else...such sweet words about such a outstanding person...the star looks absolutely fabulous!!! Amy's star is next to John Travolta, just a few down from Billy Graham and Olivia Newton-John...it's in a great place...right out front of the Virgin Record store, which is sandwiched between Graumann's Chinese Theater and the Kodak Theater, where the Emmy Awards take place every year (which btw, the Kodak Theater is a beautiful theater...we went to a 50th Anniversary show of 'It's Magic' on Sunday night, where we saw about a dozen different magicians perform)...it was all a blast !!! Hollywood seems to be a much cleaner, much nicer place than it was 6 years ago, when we were last there...
