Mandy I think for the sound check you should have received an email confirmation which I think you have to take with you.

You must be an active FOA member to attend. You must also register ahead of time for the soundchecks.
Your soundcheck pass will be at will call under your name. You'll need to present a photo ID in order to obtain it. You do NOT need to bring your FOA membership card/laminate with you.

Yes- They were selling merchandise at the Baltimore Christmas concert.
Vince and Amy were at Soundcheck and both were awesome.
I am both a Amy and Vince fan and part of both fan clubs. The passes were through Amy's fan club and I picked mine up at the Box Office.
The soundcheck was very casual. I really enjoyed it. I t lasted about an hour.
Most of the folks were to see Amy and she was very gracious to pose for pictures, sign things, and talk with everyone.
Vince was on stage just playing guitar and answering questions. He signed as well but most folks were there to see Amy. (understandable since it was her fan club)
