Glad everyone is enjoying the pics! Bruce is already working on the pics from Tuesday night.
It was a great show..as usual. Just Vince and a bunch of guitars. Guy Clark was there and sang a few songs, as well as songwriter Gary Nicholson. Jerry Douglas, that plays with AKUS was also in attendance, but said he didn't bring his dobro. We also spotted Will Owlsley (guitarist in Amy's band) in the audience.
I keep looking for a review of the show from CMT or GAC. They covered the first show so well that I didn't even bother to write down a set list from this show. And now it looks like they may not have covered this show.
Vince did sing a few new songs, 'Lucky Diamond Motel', 'Heaven' and 'Forever Changed'. He also sang 'Whipporwill River' and 'The Key To Life' as he followed a theme of songs about fathers.
Toward the end, Vince opened it up for questions.
This show was different from the first. He didn't repeat any songs from the 2/3 show and told none of the same stories. Just goes to show you that it doesn't matter how many times you go to see him, you'll always be pleasantly surprised at his witty humor and repertoire of songs.

See you on Tuesday, Linda!
Hey Anna, I know about those withdrawals too. We didn't get to nearly as many shows last year as we would have liked to..and after this next Tuesday's show, it will probably be another dry season for us as well.

It took me awhile but did get to the site to look at the pictures and they are great. Took time and looked at others on that site and all are so good. Maegan takes really good pictures too so it will be in the family.
Thanks.

Beka, the pictures are wonderful. Bruce always does such a great job. Tell him we really appreciate getting to look at a lot of the places Vince plays. Wow, I can't believe how much Maegan has grown. She's a young lady now.
