How cool is that????? Yes opening for Rascal Flatts but how cool can you get??

wow. i saw that in thr tour section, but thought it was a national anthem singing or something. that' s really a testiment to vince's style and class, i think. an artist of his stature to be an opening act for a boy band? it would be great if the stands emptied after vince!
but it is really a great venue and something vince must really want to do.
good for him. i hope some of the flatts fans realize what a reeeall country singer is!

'SPECIAL' guests probably means "someone who can fill the stadium"! That's my take on it! If Vince goes to Wrigley - - - would sure love to see him sing at LP field in June!!!!!

If you check Vince's tour page, I think you'll find that Vince is out of town in June for the CMA festival.

Didn't click with that - - - but it was only a 'wish'.

There seems to be a conflict. The tour page lists Vince as having a concert in Lowell, MA on June 10, but I'm seeing online articles that he will be playing at the COH softball game on that date.

Anyone know what's going on with that?

I don't know how he can do both. I'm skeptical that he'll be playing at the softball game with all the injuries he's had this past year.

If he DID play the softball game - he usually pitches, and does very little running.

Hey I know I went on about how the next time I go see Vince in concert it is going to be a big deal and I will be all broken up because Vince will remind me so much of my Mom who just passed, and her and I were supposed to go to the next Vince concert together, so I was gonna have to bring with a whole stock of kleenex the next time I see him...

So my husband comes home the other day and he says "Did you hear about Vince? I'm sure you already heard." and the way he said it I thought for sure something dreadful had happened....but no, he told me Vince was going to play Wrigley Field this summer....and he was quite pleased with himself that he knew before me....

I told him that I had just said I was putting a kaibosh on seeing Vince in concert for a while because Vince reminded me too much of my Mom, and I was just too sad about her dying. But then I thought about it, for like a nanosecond, and realized Vince in the summertime at Wrigley Field with Rascal Flatts would be nothing like anything me and my Momma would see together.

So my hubby got us tickets and we will be right smack dab behind second base. And just in case I get real sad, which I don't think I will, I will be taking another buddy with....Jose. Mr. Cuervo will keep me company if need be....and make me laugh and get all silly. Should be a good time.

Vince pitching and playing softball? OUCH! Oooh....that would smart. I hope he takes care of himself. He looked pretty dang sore when I saw him around Christmastime. I gotta assume it was his back when he was laying on the stage during rehearsal.

According to ticketmaster the softball game is at 7pm and Vince's concert in MA starts at 8pm so I'm guessing the online articles are inaccurate.
