Just wanted to share something pretty neat...
My parents left yesterday for Nashville on Vacation...I told them they had to visit the Station Inn and hear the Time Jumpers play...amazing group!! I know Vince shows up and plays with them sometimes, but unannounced. He does it if they need him for guitar or something!! Anyway, I got a call from my mom that sitting right in front of her was VINCE warming up on his guitar!! I freaked out!! I could not believe how lucky they were to hear Vince play at this legendary place!!! They were sitting in the front too!! They took pictures from the camera phone and texted them to me and my dad called me when Vince was singing so I could hear I was so thankful!! Anyway, afterwards my mom got her picture with him and of course said he was as gracious as could be!! I was so excited for them....and a wee bit jealous of course !!! What a neat experience!! Vince is always a treat to hear and always so kind....it will be an experience they will never forget!! Just had to share with fellow Vince fans

Congrats to your parents on getting to see Vince play w/ the Time Jumpers. There's a syndicated show on TV called Inside Music Row and one night they profiled The Time Jumpers and gave away their CD...I always e-mail them my address for the free CDs, and I received the Time Jumpers cd in the mail either last week or the week before. So far I've gotten something like 7 or 8 CDs from Inside Music Row. A lot of the CDs they give away are by newer artists...so far I think the most popular artist CD I've gotten is the Eli Young Band's CD.

Great for your parents! I love to hear the Time Jumpers and to add Vince to that makes a special night.

Very cool! I've heard so many great things about the Time Jumpers, and to see them with Vince would be extra special! So glad your parents had a good luck charm in you telling them to check it out!

Krissie, so glad your parents got to meet and have a pic with Vince. He's always gracious - well most of the time, except when he's having a bad day on the golf course. LOL He is doing better about that though.
