Is anyone else experiencing a problem today, in ordering merchandise on Vince's website? After adding the "Love Songs" special package to the Cart and then trying to proceed to Checkout, I keep getting a security warning. At this point, the "http" in the address bar does change to "https" as it's supposed to, but I do not see the padlock in the lower right corner, which is also supposed to show, to substantiate the site as safe. The problem happens whether I access Vince's site via Internet Explorer or Firefox. I also tried to order other items and got the same warning page. While it's still possible to ignore the warning and proceed, I'm naturally reluctant. Of course, I'm not implying that anyone administering Vince's site is connected to this...just trying to learn whether there might be an unforseen difficulty, at this time? Thanks.

Me too.So I guess I won't be ordering .I really wanted Let's Make Sure We Kiss Goodbye . Checked it 3 times and now they have me ordering 3 cards.I don't think so and I don't need a virus .....just cost me to clear that up

There is no virus and the site has not been hacked. The security certificate simply expired and the company has just taken longer to process the renewal. You are safe to purchase but if you want to wait I will definitely post when the company has updated the status.
Also there seems to be some confusion. You only get 1 card per package. You cannot order more than 1 card per package and they are not sold seperately. Also please make sure you scroll down and click on each image of the card so you can see what song goes with what card. If you need anything else as always please feel free to email or PM me at anytime.

Hey amber....I emailed you 2 weeks ago in regards to a ticket issue for one of Vince's upcoming concerts and haven't heard back. Did you get my email?

BTW...for those of you who would like, clear your temporary internet files and the new security certificate should be back up and running. Please EMAIL or PM me if you have any issues.

Amber, I tried again to set up an order tonight. I was able to proceed from to the Checkout level but, on the actual page where I'm to then enter my credit card info, I saw that the address bar still hadn't changed from "http" to "https", nor is the padlock symbol showing in the lower right corner of my screen. My understanding is that any online purchase website lacking these two conditions is unsafe. I also had a devil of a time creating my account, in spite of being very careful in filling out the fields. And I don't have difficulties ordering from other online sites. Something's up, here.

I've also been trying to order the Valentine package with no luck.I enter my password and either invalid or fatal error comes up.I even tryed new password.No luck.Hope we can order this I really want it. Crystal

has anyone figured out how to make the valentine cd purchase yet? Deadline to buy them is tomorrow and am still not able to purchase it. If anyone has purchased it thru the site can you let me know what I need to do to make it work on my end. I don't want to miss out on the the signed valentine from Vince.
