Bruce brought home the dvd and a few cds of 'Time Again...Live' and we're sitting here watching the dvd now...and it's great!!! It's quite an intimate setting with Amy's couch and rug on the stage, along with a picture hanging behind the couch...Amy does alot of talking, so it's alot like being at an Amy concert...

Was just wondering if anyone has purchased this and if so, how do you like it??? If you like Amy's music, it's a great purchase to make..or put it on your Christmas list..it's a must have!!!

I haven't bought it yet but I am taking my grandmother and her sisters shopping in the US tomorrow so I am hoping to be able to find it.

I finally got the DVD. I got impatient how long it was taking to get it so when I was in Best Buy I saw it there and picked it up. I now have two copies. If anybody can't find it and wants my second copy just PM me.

I have watched the concert all the way through but have all the bonus stuff to go through yet. It was a great concert. I really enjoyed it.

Is Vince on the dvd ?

Yes Linda..Vince plays mandolin for Amy on Saved By Love...but that is the only time he is on the dvd. I think he went golfing during some of the taping..LOL!!!

Leah, you really will love this dvd!!! We went out shopping today and looked at places like Circuit City and Best Buy for the dvd...just to see if they had it..they did have the cd, but not the dvd...they should have...I did pick up a copy of Ronan Tynan's cd...thanks for the tip about finding it at Best Buy, Joan..that's where I found my copy as well...this cd is definitely different, but it's very pretty!!! Ronan has a beautiful tenor voice...some of those songs will absolutely give you chill bumps!!! And Vince's guitar part on Ronan's version of 'Go Rest High' is just awesome!!! Ronan had some really nice words to say about Vince in the cd notes as well...amongst other things, he called Vince 'a really happy man'...I thought that was really sweet...

But I digress..back to Amy's dvd...we have watched thru about 40 minutes of Amy's commentary and it's wonderful..she did this 'off the cuff' and totally unscripted. So, you get to hear Amy talking about each song, about her band members and how close they all are, and of course, a bit about Vince as well !!! This dvd is SO worth getting..especially if you love seeing Amy in concert..this is definitely a must have!!!

We're going to Killeen tomorrow to Target...will have to see if they have the DVD. So far the only place I've looked is Walmart and they didn't have it. They had the CD, but not the DVD. I was really surprised to see that nobody had either the CD or DVD on sale last week.

I saw the cd at Sam's Club here today for $12.99...that's the best price I've seen for the cd...If I should happen to find the dvd anywhere, I'll be sure to post it..I don't even know how much Bruce paid for it...I know he ordered it online tho...good luck finding the dvd tomorrow, Val...

It's kind of interesting who has the CD or DVD. Last Wednesday I was in both Target & Best Buy. Target had the CD but not the DVD. Went across the street to Best Buy and saw the DVD. I have to say our Target store has a very poor selection of concert DVDs while Best Buy has a whole aisle. You just had to keep looking under the right letter.

Thanks for your comments, Becky. I have watched the whole concert, now I have to go and listen to Amy's comments on the concert. I'll probably do that Monday. I'm sure I will enjoy it. Her comments on the Greatest Hits videos were great.

I thought Vince performed a couple of his songs both nights ?

He may have, Linda...but this is Amy's project, so only her songs went into the dvd. Vince was around for the taping, I think...he went golfing when Amy had coffee with the FOA folks...they included a 'coffee with Amy' part in the bonus section of the dvd...I recognized several of the FOA folks we have met at various concerts/events in the past..

Went to Target today...no Amy CD *or* DVD in there. Did get Kenny Chesney's Live, Alan Jackson's new one (both came with bonus DVDs), and AJ's Precious Memories DVD. Figured might as well get them since we don't get down there very often! Will be glad when we get a Target here next year.

I know you will enjoy it, Carrie...remember there is a dvd Time Again and a cd by the same name. Both are excellent..and I would recommend getting both!!! Although, some people are having trouble locating the dvd in stores..Bruce ordered our copy online..we've looked at 2 or 3 stores for the dvd and haven't found it anywhere yet...so look for the dvd while you're out there shopping!!!

I went shopping in Buffalo today and looked for the dvd and the cd and couldn't find it anywhere. I am dissapointed because I am really looking forward to watching the dvd. I guess I will have to wait until I am in Florida next month.

Can you order it online, Leah??? Bruce ordered the dvd from FOA and the cd from Family Christian. I was quite upset that we didn't find the dvd at Circuit City or Best Buy while we were out this weekend...we did find copies of the cd at both of those places, tho...hope you find it somewhere, Leah...I was about to give up on the Ronan Tynan cd. The computer inside the Best Buy said that there was not a copy available at any Best Buy store in Alabama...then I turned around and looked 1 more time in the gospel section and found 1 lonely little copy sitting there...I don't know why I have so much trouble finding anything in that store...happens every time, tho...btw, love the Ronan Tynan cd!!! Joan, you were definitely right..this is a wonderful cd if you really like Ronan's voice..and I do..it reminds me of an old friend of the family who has a wonderful tenor voice...

This weekend I found the cd for 9.97 and the dvd for 11.97 at my local Christian book store. They also gave me a free t-shirt that is green with the logo "Amy Grant-Time Again with my purchase. I was thrilled with the prices. Haven't watched it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing it. I know it will be great.

I forgot about checking Family Christian Store while in Killeen yesterday! I did check Lifeway's website and they have it for $19.98.
BTW, for anyone having trouble finding the DVD, Family Christian Store has it for $13.97 w/ 5 bonus tracks, including an exclusive track, Out in the Open. Didn't see the CD listed on the website, though.

I think Family Christian has the cd also, Val...we got the package with the green tshirt as well, Mary Lou. Haven't taken the tshirt out of the package yet..it comes so neatly packaged in a little square!!! The cd that I got has a bonus 4 song dvd..kind of a teaser to get you to buy the dvd...

Guess everyone is having different 'exclusives' on this cd...wonder what that means because 'Out in the Open' is on the regular part of the Time Again cd..

Question..how many songs are on the original DVD? Lifeway is offering a CD/DVD combo (18 songs on CD, 23 on DVD), with no bonus DVD, or a CD/bonus DVD like Family Christian has. Family Christian is also advertising 5 bonus tracks on the DVD. I've also seen the CD/bonus DVD at Walmart, so apparently if you buy just the CD, you get the bonus DVD...decisions, decisions! *L*

Hi Becky.guest what? our wal mart stores hear in toledo they do not have amy grant new cd/dvd.I was dissapointed at our wal mart.I ask the guy who works he told me I have to pre oder it from wal mart.com boo hoo.but a friend of mine going to get me a copie of it.so I just got leann rimes new cd.I even look at our big miejer stores they did not had it there.I was not a happy camper tonight lol!!!!! you take care carrie ann

The t-shirt is really nice. I opened mine up and washed it. It says it is a large, but it is a very small large. I gave mine to Hannah. It's 100% cotton, and very soft.

I guess I will have to order it online at some point. I am going on a Cruise and will be in Florida next month so I might wait until then and give it another try.

Carrie, I'm sorry that you didn't find the cd/dvd...I was afraid that local Walmarts would not have it and that's a shame...we saw the new cd at Sam's Club, Best Buy and Circuit City over the weekend...none of those stores had the dvd tho...

Valerie..let's see...the cd I have here has 18 tracks on it..plus a bonus dvd with 4 songs on it which include: 'Stay For A While', 'Takes A Little Time', 'Thy Word' & 'Lucky One'. The dvd has 22 tracks and includes some really neat bonus features, like Amy's documentary of the making of the dvd, behind the scenes, fan cam footage and scenes from breakfast with Amy...this dvd is one of the best concert dvds I've ever seen. The concert itself is wonderful and the bonus features are just icing on the cake!!!

Val, if you get the DVD you don't really need to get the bonus DVD. The only thing on the bonus DVD that's not on the regular DVD is the DVD trailer which is the promo ad for the DVD which they had up on Amy's website. So unless you want to see that, just get the regular CD & DVD.
If you want to try and get the T-shirt then you will have to go to Family Christian. Don't know if they still have any T-shirts left but you can check. I really like mine just that they folded up in this small square and it's all wrinkled, will have to iron it before I wear it.

Thanks, Joan. I guess when I was looking at the tracks on the bonus DVD, I didn't realize that the songs on the bonus DVD are actually on the regular DVD. As for the t-shirt, it would be nice to have, but I'm not going to go out of the way to get it, since the closest Family Christian Store is 20 miles away, while Lifeway is about 1/2 mile! Plus my father has a card at Lifeway...he gets punches and when the card fills up with punches he can get something free.

Joan has a really valid point...the bonus dvd in the cd is just a teaser for you to want to buy the full dvd. When Bruce was ordering these he decided to get as many of the combinations of what was being offered as possible...I'm not even sure if the cd Bruce has is just the 1 cd or the 1 cd and bonus dvd, like the one he gave to me...

Yeah Mary Lou...Maegan loves tshirts just like I do!!! She already has a oversized Vince tshirt that she wears as a nightshirt!!!

Concerning Walmart and the DVD, my father said that Walmart *does* have the DVD now...he saw it last night while at work...so they could have just gotten it in. The DVD alone is $19.98.
