Some of you will remember Ken and Betty from the fan club. They were at the fan club lunches in Nashville a few years back and you will remember that betty was quite frail. Well I just found out that Betty passed away in December. Very sad news and my heart goes out to ken and the family. Betty was a very sweet lady and one I will remember.

BREAKS MY HEART!!!!!!!!!!! She was so absolutely precious!!!!!!
She and Ken sat at my table at a Neal McCoy fan club party, and when I left my table to assist Mr. Ken with Ms. Betty to the car - - - - ONE OF Neal's fans TOOK my souvenier cup that I had left on the table for my return. My sister was sitting there and was watching me walk out, and never saw who took the cup! GEEEEEEZ
Anyway - I LOVED THAT COUPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm ashamed that I have not mentioned this. Bruce & I have been keeping up with Ken & Betty. We have been meeting with them annually when they would come into town on the way home from Branson. Ken let me know toward the end of last year that Betty was not doing well.
Ken is doing pretty well, but of course, misses Betty terribly. We met him and his daughter, Patty for dinner along with Rhonda and Wendy before the show in Clearwater a few months ago.
Betty was a dear, dear lady. We all miss her....
