I guess I am just being selfish but, we had planned on driving over to Stockton, Ca for Vince's show but now that there is an opening act I don't think I will put out the money and the time it takes for the show. Sorry, Gary Mule Deer but, I don't like to share my VINCE time with others.
Sharon,I feel the same about an opening act ,however I am not willing to forfeit my Vince time . I would encourage you to go on and see Vince.I'm sure he'll do at least 2 hours .

We saw him in July at the Hollywood Bowl and shared with others but I really doubt if we will do the Stockton trip. Maybe some other time.

Just trying to figure out why having a musician/comedian opening with a short warm up set would prevent you from seeing one of the greatest singers and guitarists in the World?

Hey, it isn't that I haven't seen a few(14) concerts in the past few years, it is just to drive all the way to Stockton, pay $$$ for seats and then have to endure 45 minutes of a warm up is more than I want to do. If it was 2 1/2 hours of Vince and the band then I am all over it. Also, the weather in October can be awful for the 3 hour drive to Stockton.
