I guess I am just being selfish but, we had planned on driving over to Stockton, Ca for Vince's show but now that there is an opening act I don't think I will put out the money and the time it takes for the show. Sorry, Gary Mule Deer but, I don't like to share my VINCE time with others.

Sharon,I feel the same about an opening act ,however I am not willing to forfeit my Vince time . I would encourage you to go on and see Vince.I'm sure he'll do at least 2 hours . smile.gif

We saw him in July at the Hollywood Bowl and shared with others but I really doubt if we will do the Stockton trip. Maybe some other time.

Just trying to figure out why having a musician/comedian opening with a short warm up set would prevent you from seeing one of the greatest singers and guitarists in the World?

Hey, it isn't that I haven't seen a few(14) concerts in the past few years, it is just to drive all the way to Stockton, pay $$$ for seats and then have to endure 45 minutes of a warm up is more than I want to do. If it was 2 1/2 hours of Vince and the band then I am all over it. Also, the weather in October can be awful for the 3 hour drive to Stockton.

Ok that's cool. He actually is pretty funny or you could even just hit the bar. 45 minutes is probably longer than he will be on stage maybe more like 30 but I will be there & Vegas,L.A. & Hanford.
