I am reading the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and Eat Pray Love. I enjoy Nora Roberst and the others you mentioned and James Patterson too.

I recommend reading the entire series of Stieg Larssens milenium books, The Girl witht the Dragon Tatoo plus the two others. PLEASE read them in order so you can follow the very suspense filled story.
I will also recommend a nonfiction book called Half the Sky......an eye opening story about the lives of women in other countries. Very depressing but information that we all need to read and pass on to our daughters and granddaughters.
I have heard really good things about the new Carl Hiasson book called Star Island, so that is on my list.
I get book at the library so sometimes it takes awhile for the newer books to be available.
